About International Law

The Unit International Law consists of two foundations: the World Legal Forum (WLF), and the International Criminal Law Network (ICLN)

  • WLF: The World Legal Forum (WLF) foundation is founded to stimulate the effectiveness of international law through organising public-private interaction, debates between stakeholders, and the development of new instruments, organisations and services.
  • ICLN: For the advancement of international criminal law, professional and social interaction on a worldwide level between academics, policymakers and legal professionals is essential. For this reason the International Criminal Law Network (ICLN) was founded in 2002 by Science Alliance with the support of the Dutch Ministries of Defence and Foreign Affairs and the Municipality of The Hague.
