Knowledge is the only functional when it’s shared. Therefore the business unit ‘policy’ organises interaction between governmental institutions and knowledge institutes. This from the perspective that good organized interaction between policymakers and researchers will lead to advantages for both sides. In order to do so, the business unit set up the ‘NPO network’ and the ‘Centre of Public Efficiency and Effectiveness’.
